Please fill out the contact page on my website, and I will be in touch with you to schedule a time that works to meet.

I offer free, 50 minute consultations which you can book by clicking on the “Contact” page.
Before the time of our session, you will receive an email with a video link (Jane platform). Click on the link to join the virtual session. I will introduce myself and briefly explain my approach, therapy regulations (like confidentiality and consent), and then ask you to tell me more about what brings you to therapy and what you may want to focus or work on.
At the end of the consultation, I will provide my thoughts on whether my approach is a good fit for you and provide my availability and rates. You can then either book a full session, or think about it and follow up later on.

I currently offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions on weekday evenings (Tues-Thurs), but I do have flexibility if your schedule does not align.
-
The first 50 minute consultation is free. From there, sessions are $120 per hour. Most clients book sessions either weekly or bi-weekly (twice per month) depending on availability.
I do offer a sliding scale ($85-$120) for those who need flexibility. We can discuss where you feel comfortable on this range.
Therapy can be expensive, but it is often covered partially by private insurance. Check with your provider to see if Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) are eligible for reimbursement.
Think of it as a gym membership for your mental health - it’s an investment that can give you some priceless changes to improve all other areas of your life.

Session payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, or through e-transfer.

Each session itself is 50 minutes long, and most clients book weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Generally, the process of therapy lasts about 6 months or longer; it depends on what you want to get out of it and how much you want to work through or learn. Change can take time so long-term therapy can be a good fit for many.
I also offer short-term therapy (10-12 sessions) focused on a particular challenge or issue you want to work through deeply.

Good question! Although this will specifically depend on what you want to focus on, generally these are indicators therapy is effective for you:
· Less intense symptoms of anxiety (better sleep, less racing thoughts, feeling calmer throughout the day, able to do things you weren’t before)
· Difficult emotions are easier to sit with and process
· You have a go-to tool kit of ways you can support yourself through tough moments or depressive episodes
· You can bounce back faster from setbacks, arguments, dissapointments and emotionally difficult days
· You become more curious and reflective of how you react to others
· You feel more confident and clearer on your next steps if you are looking to make a change or are in a stage of transition in life

First of all, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had bad experiences with therapy in the past.
Therapy is not the right fit for everyone, but if you’re here there is something about it that feels like it might be the right step.
Effective therapy depends a lot on your relationship with your therapist, so I offer a free consultation to help you gauge whether we might be a good fit to work together. I also customize my approach for each client to help ensure you are being heard and getting what you need.
We can talk about what did and didn’t work for you in the past during our consultation.

I am based in Toronto, Ontario (EST time zone). I currently offer only virtual appointments, but I plan to offer in-person availability starting in 2027.
I am able to accept new clients from anywhere in Ontario. -
I do not offer a specific niche and accept new clients of all backgrounds. Issues don’t always fit neatly into categories, and neither does therapeutic treatment as it is customized to each person.
My clinical experience has generally focused on working with anxiety, grief/loss, depression and feeling ‘stuck,’ workplace stress, and life transitions, but I am open to hearing and holding your story even if it doesn’t align with the topics above.
